International Musado Hapkido Federation Application Forms

Applications are to be accompanied with a Money Order in Canadian funds made out to: International Musado Hapkido Federation.

New members, not belonging to a Charter school, must also include the fee for their first training package (Yellow, Orange, Green Belt techniques). First payment will be for $145.00, broken down as follows:

Membership Fee:  $50.00
Training Pkg:        $95.00

Charter Fee:         $350.00
Training Pkg:        $80.00

Charter school applicants will also be responsible to collect their students' applications and fees and forward them to this headquarter to be processed.
